Returns can only be processed in person.  Refunds are only possible and adjusted on a per case basis for products damaged in transit or if the wrong product was received. 

All deliveries outside of the greater Montreal area will be sent with Canada Post.  For deliveries with the greater Montreal area, these will be done by Tricot Vespa so please ensure to provide your contact name and phone number in the comments section.
